The Everyday DASH Diet Cookbook Review

The Everyday DASH Diet Cookbook: Over 150 Fresh and Delicious Recipes to Speed Weight Loss, Lower Blood Pressure, and Prevent Diabetes (A DASH Diet Book)
by Maria Heller

When you hear about a medical diet designed to reduce your blood pressure, your first thought may be concern that you will no longer be able to enjoy eating anymore. A cookbook like this will help to dispel that concern. It’s filled with easy to prepare recipes that contain normal ingredients (unlike some special diets). When I read the recipes, my first thought usually was, “That would taste good.” From meals to salad dressings, this cookbook will easily become a favorite on your shelf. Eating healthy can taste good.

Disclosure: I got a copy of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
